An evaluation of Papa John's desktop website proved that end  users struggled to locate many key areas of the site, including how to contact corporate offices. 

Backcountry's site is found to have many issues with accessibility, causing end users with unique needs to be unable to shop for product.

Allen Public Library was in need of an information architecture evaluation and re-design due to end users not being able to locate information on their website.
